All purchases from Scrunchie Girls Inc. are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.
  • Dissatisfaction with size, color, or appearance.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Extended processing times may occur during sales or high-demand periods, and notifications will be provided on our website.

Standard Free Shipping:

Express Shipping Option:

  • Fee: $35 CAD per order.
  • Available for expedited delivery.
  • Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
