Scrunchie Club Policy

Welcome to Scrunchie Girls Inc.! By joining the Scrunchie Club, you’re gaining access to exclusive styles, premium quality, and limited-edition designs delivered directly to your door every month. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of your Scrunchie Club subscription. Please read carefully before subscribing, as all sales are final and non-refundable.

       1.Membership Overview

  • The Scrunchie Club is a subscription-based service that delivers a unique, handcrafted scrunchie from our exclusive Execute Collection to members on a monthly basis. Each scrunchie is meticulously designed with premium fabrics and innovative styles, offering trendsetting fashion for the modern scrunchie lover.

       2.Subscription Plans Choose Your Plan & Save: 

  • 3 Months – A great way to start your collection ($285 CAD) 
  • 6 Months – A half-year of scrunchie luxury ($510 CAD) 
  • 12 Months – The ultimate scrunchie experience ($649 CAD), including a surprise gift every 3 months

All payments are processed in CAD and include applicable taxes where required by law. Subscription fees are non-refundable and will be billed as a one-time payment at the start of the subscription term.

       3.Billing and Payment

  • All payments are in CAD and processed securely through our website.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and other secure online payment methods.
  • Your subscription fee will be billed as a one-time charge upon enrollment, covering the entire subscription period.
  • No additional charges or hidden fees will be applied during the subscription term.

       4.Renewal and Cancellation 

  • Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. To continue your membership, you must manually renew your subscription through our website before the expiration date. 
  • No refunds will be issued for canceled or unused portions of your subscription. • Early termination is not permitted once the payment has been processed.

       5.Shipping and Delivery

  • Your scrunchie will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your subscription start date or renewal. 
  • Shipping is free for all Scrunchie Club deliveries. 
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
  • Scrunchie Girls Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

       6.Exclusive Surprises 

  • The 12-month subscription includes a surprise gift every 3 months, curated to enhance your scrunchie collection. 
  • Surprise gifts are thoughtfully chosen and will vary based on availability and seasonal themes.

       7.No Returns or Exchanges Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of Scrunchie Club items, all sales are final.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted, including dissatisfaction with the item or selection.
  • Please consider this policy carefully before subscribing.

       8.Membership Transfer 

  • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual. 
  • Gifting a subscription is permitted, but the recipient must be specified at the time of purchase.

       9.Customer Responsibility and Allergy Disclaimer 

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact information.
  • Scrunchie Girls Inc. is not responsible for any allergies or reactions that may occur from the use of our products. Materials used may contain elastic, fabric dyes, or decorative attachments that could potentially cause sensitivities. It is the customer’s responsibility to assess product suitability before use. 
  • Scrunchie Girls Inc. is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

       10.Damaged or Missing Items 

  • If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 business days at info@scrunchiegirls.com with photos and your order number. 
  • We will assess the situation and determine a resolution at our discretion.

       11.Privacy and Data Protection 

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 
  • By subscribing to the Scrunchie Club, you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails related to your membership.

       12.Changes to the Policy 

  • Scrunchie Girls Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. 
  • Changes will be posted on our website, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. 
  • Continued participation in the Scrunchie Club after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
